Ashrey Wine is a boutique kosher wine house born from a deep passion for excellence,
authenticity, and the art of time. Rooted between Israel and France, our story unfolds at the
crossroads of two great wine cultures, driven by a clear ambition: to craft distinctive, precise,
and elegant wines that inspire emotion and bring people together.
In Kfar Ruth, Israel, we create wines that reflect the richness of the country’s most renowned
terroirs, including Zikhron Yaacov and the Golan, celebrated for the quality, concentration,
and character of their grapes. In Provence, France, we also craft a refined and luminous
rosé, capturing the essence of an exceptional Mediterranean lifestyle.
Our identity is built on a demanding artisanal philosophy, inspired by the great French
winemaking traditions. Each cuvée is produced with meticulous care, precision, and
patience. Our red wines are aged for two years in French oak barrels, allowing them to
develop structure, aromatic complexity, and remarkable depth.

Our range stands out through precise and expressive blends, where every grape variety
plays a defined role:
- TOV – An elegant and expressive semi-sweet white wine, combining the
aromatic freshness of Riesling with the rounded fruitiness of Colombard, offering
notes of ripe fruit, white flowers, and a perfectly balanced sweetness. - AHOUV – A delicate and generous Provençal rosé, crafted from Grenache,
Syrah, and Cinsault, revealing aromas of red berries, citrus, and a fresh, refined finish.
Our red wines, the signature of the house, embody controlled power and elegance:
- EMET – A structured and profound wine dominated by Petit Verdot,
complemented by the suppleness of Merlot, unveiling notes of black fruits, spices,
and cocoa. - YASHAR – A refined blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, combining
freshness, length, and aromatic complexity. - YATSIV – Special Premium – An exceptional 100% Cabernet Sauvignon,
full-bodied and precise, with noble tannins, crafted for ageing. - MEKOUBAL – Special Reserve – A rare and accomplished cuvée, blending
Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, and Petit Verdot, offering deep aromatic intensity,
notes of dark fruits, fine oak, and a long, majestic finish.
