In Kfar Ruth, Israel, we produce wines that express the full richness of the country’s most emblematic terroirs, notably Zikhron Yaacov and the Golan Heights, regions renowned for the quality and concentration of their grapes. In France, in Provence, we also craft a refined and luminous rosé, a true reflection of a unique art de vivre.

Ashrey Wine red wines are aged for two years in French oak barrels, allowing their structure to be refined, their aromatic complexity to develop, and their remarkable depth to fully emerge.
